The role as a Recruitment Partner in MARPRO
- The target is that you build up a base of your own clients and ensure that they are serviced in the best way possible
- Other tasks to perform include working out proposals for co-operation, clarification meetings, working out job ads, uploading to job portals and SoMe, working with the ATS, searches, interviews and performing assessments
- You will be an important part of MARPRO and be a part of the Management Team
You
- have experience from shore-based maritime jobs
- have a strong desire to quit 8-16 mindset and work with a flexible life/work balance
- have an entrepreneurial 24/7 mindset and see business opportunities
- are a seasoned relationship builder, who thrives in social gatherings and enjoys to continuously expand your existing network
- may already be independent but have concluded that you want to be part of something bigger – but want to continue your independent lifestyle.
- have confidence in you and you have a solid reputation
- speak and writes business English
- are an experienced in IT user
- speak the local language and have work permission in the location you want to work from
- understand what good customer service is
